The restaurant opens at 5am and closes at 8:30pm for orders (store closes at 9pm).  Free coffee (small cup) is available from 5am to 8am for customers. 5 stations serve fresh Cafe Bustelo coffee.  Every morning Gorditas, Burritos and Quesadilla's are prepared using fresh ingredients and tortillas made fresh in the store at the Tortilleria.  Fresh Mangu made from plantains is a daily offering.

Every day the hot buffet is prepared with daily variations of Carnitas (pork), Barbacoa (beef), Pollo Rosticado (rotisserie chicken), several variations of rice and occasionally seafood.  Customers are allowed a free fountain soda with purchase of lunch from 11am to 2pm.

The main themes of the cuisine are Latin American based with a heavy influence from Mexican, Dominican, Puerto Rican and Caribbean cultural cuisine.  Prices are some of the best around for quality and quantity of food served.
