Our Grocery
The grocery is one of the more unique parts of the store with many food, condiments and household products hailing from an array from Latin American countries and the Caribbean. Soaps from Dominican Republic, Hot sauces (lots of them!) from Mexico and Jamaica. Bimbo is one of the main snack suppliers and is prominently displayed in the front of the store as they are a household brand in Mexico and other countries. There is a wide array of canned goods from Goya and individual countries displayed throughout the store. Cookware and specail utensils for preparing large pots of rice, cooking beans and frying are available in the store as well.
Bakery
The Bakery does a full line of fresh breads and pastries made daily. Additionally the bakery makes a full line of desserts and cakes made to order. They famous for their Conchas (Mexican bread made in three flavors), Tres Leches Cake, Choco Flan (cake on bottom and flan on top), and Gelatina which is a gelatin made with milk.
Tortilleria
This is the production of fresh tortillas made in store of flour or corn. They are made in several sizes for larger burrito style dishes and smaller taco size. They are made fresh every day and we do a lot of wholesale distribution to area businesses. One of the more unique flavors is the cactus infused tortillas!
Produce
The fruits, vegetables, mole and chili sauces made in house and large amount of fresh and dried spices are absolutely unique to the store! Yellow Yame from Jamaica, White Yame from Costa Rica, Lilac Yautia from Dominican Republic and White Yautia from Ecuador are some of the unique vegetable lines we carry that you can't get anywhere else. Huge selection of peppers and chili's both fresh and dried for spicing your meals are unique products we carry. Additionally we make a wide array of mole and chili sauces in house that you won't find locally.
Dairy
There is a large selection of cheeses, sour creams and condensed milks catering to each countries specific cuisines. Queso Fresco is one of the more popular Mexican cheese products used in preparing many foods such as Gorditas and Quesadilla's.
Butcher
This is probably one of the main attractions of the Supermarket as it takes up the entire back wall of the space. There are many selections of meat, pork, poultry and a small seafood selection at the back counter that runs the entire length of the back wall. There are many on site butchers there to service customers and make fresh cuts as needed. There is also an entire lane dedicated to fresh cuts packaged of every part of the cow, pig or chicken you can imagine. That you will definitely never find in Publix!!! Additionallly there is a large frozen section where customers can buy things in bulk or on and individual cut basis. Lastly the butcher is known not only for the freshness of the products but particularly their spiced meats and poultry. Products such as Carne Enchilada (Spiced Beef), Carne de Res Seca (Dried Beef), Cesina, Carne al Pastor (Seasoned Pork), as well many others are what make this butcher very unique from your regular supermarket.
